By accessing or using dyut.studio (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Dyut Tech provides AI-powered enterprise automation, custom software development and related consulting services. Service engagements are governed by separate agreements between Dyut Tech and the client.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, UI mockups and code — is the property of Dyut Tech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
4. Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Dyut Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
